Strength and Conditioning training refers to the format of exercise which highlights building your strength and size as well as placing a demand on endurance of skeletal muscles. Completing this programme should help change your body composition (lose fat) and begin to build of lean muscle mass.
Package Includes
6-week gym block which includes 3 sessions per week with sets, reps and load that varies depending on you. Also included are high intensity cardio exercises designed to push your body to the max to promote fitness and fat loss. If you print off this programme you can log your weekly loads to track your progression throughout the 6 weeks. A detailed warm up which works on hip mobility, flexibility, glute and core activation which is crucial for Injury prevention is also included.
